We believe in the American spirit and seek to respect the Hawaiian culture through Biblical standards as we strive to grow and produce excellent quality chocolate. We have implemented industry leading equipment in our processes in combination with procedures exceeding safe industry standards and innovating with technology with the sole purpose to relentlessly elevate the production of chocolate, especially locally. Our transparency is part of our commitment to our community. We aim to inspire, and serve as a reference point for local farmers.
