This 75% dark chocolate is one of our most requested chocolate. We begin with only 3 primary ingredients and add in our 100% Kauai vanilla beans which are grown and processed on our farm. To top off the bar we sprinkle just enough Hawaiian sea salt on each bar. Slightly sweeter it also embraces the chocolate lovers essentials with full body, deep, rich and fudgy chocolate flavors. As the chocolate warms in your palate, tropical vanilla , notes alongside a hint of caramel can be detected. Bitterness and astringency commonly found in dark chocolate, are pleasantly absent. The texture is unbelievably smooth with a pleasant distribution through your palate.
