This 75% dark chocolate is our most resent chocolate. We begin with only 3 primary ingredients and add in 100% Kauai Coffee's Medium Roast Peaberry Coffee grown and processed here on Kauai. A strong chocolate, with subtle notes of an island coffee, it also embraces the chocolate lovers essentials with full body, deep, rich and fudgy chocolate flavors. As the chocolate warms in your palate, a vivid, deep chocolate flavor emerges, within that brews a pleasant ensemble of peaberry coffee emerges. Bitterness and astringency commonly found in dark chocolate, are pleasantly absent. The texture is unbelievably smooth with a pleasant distribution through your palate.
