Through Davis Instruments™, we are able to have live and accurate weather readings not only on the Farm, but also from the Cacao Ferment and within the Chocolate Laboratory.
As weather enthusiast and amateur storm photographer, Davis Instruments™ is a familiar name for weather monitoring. After researching data loggers for the Cacao Ferment, a call to technical assistance proved very insightful and today is invaluable. Monitoring environmental conditions and our ferments bringing all of the data together and storing the historical data for analysis and contributions to other areas of research.
