A rare treat for sure.  Collected in post harvest processing, a light syrup consistency with mild citrus flavors mixed with notes of Soursop and Lychee. An excellent addition to your favorite mimosa, margarita, kombucha or sorbet. Post harvest refrigerated as this is handled the same as fresh squeezed citrus juice.
