Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can review the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion. Lost or stolen packages must be reported directly to the carrier, but we’re always happy to assist if you need help navigating a claim. Last Resort Chocolate ships to all U.S. states and territories, and every order is handcrafted in small batches before being packed with care. Most orders ship within 48 hours on Monday–Thursday, and heat-sensitive items may include insulated packaging and cooling packs depending on weather and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and selected method, and tracking information is emailed once your order is on its way. While we do our best to prevent heat damage, we are not responsible for melting or carrier delays once the package has shipped. Please ensure your address is accurate, as we cannot reroute orders after they are processed.
