With holidays around the corner, this is a great place to start. From the firehouse to the in-laws, this one is sure to leave a good impression.

3 Cups (12 oz) of Fresh Cranberries
1 Cup of Dark Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Cane Sugar
1/3 Cup of Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
1 Tablespoon of Grand Marnier™ Liqueur
1-1/2 Teaspoons of Finely Ground Orange Peel
1/4 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
Dash of Ground Nutmeg
Dash of Ground Cloves
Add cranberries, sugars, and orange juice to a deep saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and monitor 8-10 minutes as cranberries pop, stirring
frequently to keep from boiling over. Once at a boil, reduce heat and add remaining ingredients stirring frequently. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Keep refrigerated.
Makes 2-1/2 cups.
